A support contact hasn't been set up yet. You can still use the self-service options below. ALLVRA is in beta; the full public release (including the App Store) waits until a monitored contact is listed here.
Help yourself, right now
Forgot your password, or joined with Google? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page to choose a password.
Report a post: use “Report post” on the post. Moderators review reports, and the person isn't told who reported them.
Report or block a person: open your conversation with them in Messages and choose “Report this person” or Block. You can unblock people in Settings.
Privacy and audiences: Settings and Privacy let you choose who sees your profile details, posts and messages.
Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked for your password.
Beta feedback or a problem: signed-in members can use Send feedback. Only you and ALLVRA moderators can read it; replies aren't guaranteed during the beta.
Messages: they are private to the people in the conversation inside ALLVRA, but they're not end-to-end encrypted yet.
